Shipping Info
- Please provide complete shipping information, including unit numbers. Orders with incomplete information cannot be filled. Incorrect information may cause delivery delays. Refunds will not be provided. A $20.00 (twenty dollar) service charge applies to address corrections made after shipment.
- Every attempt is made to ship within 72 hours of order; however, this may not be possible during peak seasons (holidays, weekends and special occasions). If delivery by a specific date is needed, please include a note with your order.
- Local deliveries are available (upon request) to BUSINESS addresses only are limited to:
- Santa Barbara: $50.00 per order
- Ventura, Oxnard, Camarillo, Port Hueneme: $35.00 per order
- Simi Valley Woodland Hills, Encino, Moorpark, Tarzana: $25.00 per order
- Thousand Oaks, Westlake Village, Westlake, Agoura Hill and surrounding area: $20.00 per order
- National holidays, Saturdays and Sundays are excluded
from delivery days

- We ship via UPS, FedEx and USPS with tracking capabilities
to the entire US. Carriers do not deliver on Saturday,
Sunday or Holidays, so if you place an order later in
the week your gift may not arrive until the following
Monday. We do not guarantee the date of receipt
of package as the shipping is handled by the carrier.
- International shipping is available at a premium and
includes certain restrictions. Please contact
A Wrap It Is for further information regarding
the shipment of gifts outside the US.
- We do ship to PO Boxes, but contact A Wrap It Is for information.
A Wrap It Is takes food and perishable items into consideration
before shipping. Special packing materials are used to ensure
edibles arrive safely. Chocolate can only be shipped with
special insulated packaging materials and ice pack between
the months of November and April. There will be additional
charges for the shipping of chocolate outside the above times.
