A Wrap It Is accepts MasterCard, Visa, American Express and debit cards.
What if I’m
not comfortable giving my credit card information over the
internet?

Do I have to
pay sales tax?
Only CA residents pay sales tax.
What is your
return policy?
If for some reason you are unsatisfied with your gift basket purchase, simply ship the entire, unused contents back to A Wrap It Is for a full refund less a 25% restocking charge.
My gift basket
was damaged during shipping. What do I do now?
If your gift basket was damaged in anyway during shipping, return it in total to A Wrap It Is for immediate replacement.
How long will
it take for my gift basket to arrive?
You will determine the time based on the shipping method that you chose as to how long it will take for your gift basket to arrive. The carriers do not deliver on Saturday, Sunday or Holidays.
Something in
my gift basket doesn’t match what was in the picture?
From time to time, we reserve the right to substitute gift basket items with available products similar in price and quality. This may be due to discontinued products or renewed stock items.
Can you handle

know if you actually shipped my order?
You will first receive an order confirmation of the order you placed with us.

Can I cancel
my order?
If your order has not already been shipped or personalized, we can cancel it. To do so, please call A Wrap It Is. If your order has already been shipped out for delivery we will be unable to cancel it.
How soon will
my order ship?
Your order will ship within 72 hours
of receipt, unless received on a Saturday, Sunday or Holiday.
How is Chocolate
shipped?
Chocolate is shipped 12 months out of the year, but during the months between June through October or during warm weather, it has to be shipped in special insulated packing materials and must be shipped overnight. Prior to purchasing call for the shipping quote.
